TRUCK CENTER MANAGER

Scope of work:
- Manage and supervise truck transportation vendors/outsourced partners, including vendor selection, sourcing, price negotiation, contract preparation and management, as well as supervising team members under responsibility.
- Plan and manage the maintenance operations of the company’s truck fleet (over 200 vehicles) by analyzing issues, identifying and proposing new solutions to improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) system, while controlling maintenance costs to reduce risks and potential operational problems.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and management systems such as ISO, AEO, Q Cold-Chain, TSM, and other related systems.
- Manage the GPS tracking system, including coordinating with service providers, monitoring system performance, and resolving related issues.
- Participate in organizational bidding processes and special projects.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 5–10 years of experience in transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations
- Strong experience in managing truck fleets and coordinating with transportation vendors or outsourced partners
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems and Preventive Maintenance (PM) processes
- Experience in vendor management, sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost control
- Familiar with logistics compliance standards and management systems such as ISO, AEO, Q Cold-Chain, TSM, or related standards
- Experience with GPS fleet tracking systems and transportation monitoring tools
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational planning skills
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners
- Able to communicate in English is an advantage
