It has been a privilege for me to be a CEO of CTI Logistics Co., Ltd. since our company was established on August 15, 1977. During these years, we have been through “World Economic and Pandemic Crisis”, which in fact has increases our strength to carry on our business operations until the present day. It is proven that no matter what has happened, regardless of how serious it was, our quality of service has never declined, hence, our customers have never been affected. However, I must say that our achievement today is unlikely achieved without our customers’ trust and supports.
As a leading Thailand’s logistic service provider, we treat our clients as a partner and our main tasks are to serve and protect their interest. We never sacrifice our long-term commitment against short-term benefits and take our client’s problem as a challenge. We believe in building up a long-term relationship through our high-quality service, which is the reason why we have invested significantly on improving our human resource and upgrading IT systems to improve our service and reduce operation cost.
With almost 50 years record, it has proven that CTI has gained “TRUST” from our clients, whereas our loyalty and dedication are our emphasis. More importantly, we are eager to move forward on new business venture and development platform that eventually will improve our ability toward CTI’s customers and partners to continuously support their successful performance.
