SALES EXECUTIVE
Scope of work:
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Present and promote the company’s logistics services
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly reports
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation sales
- Proven experience in acquiring new customers and managing existing client accounts
- Good understanding of freight services such as sea freight, air freight, land transportation, or customs clearance
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions
- Good relationship management and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under sales targets
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM systems is an advantage
